What payment methods do you accept?

I forgot to add something to my order — can I change it?
Once your order is placed, we usually begin processing within 1 business day. Please contact us immediately at info@furlova.store, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If tracking is limited, you’ll still get an estimated delivery window.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most packages ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes about 7–15 business days for domestic orders and 10–30 days for international shipments.

Import fees, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes — we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Email info@furlova.store to start your return.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges aren’t available directly. The quickest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.
